Under the intake manifold, behind the engine, in front of the firewall. Mounted to the transaxle case. It's a cylindrical thing, somewhat larger than a soda can.
Impossible to remove without taking off other parts, unless you have triple-jointed skinny arms.

On my 1997, it's under the transmission. It actually fits into the bottom side of the tranny and is held in with really long bolts.
