Yes there is!
The size of the head unit / radio unit is called 'double din'
there should be two (2) holes about an inch above/below each other on both sides of the unit which are used to remove this unit.
It is a very easy process to change taking around 10 minutes if experienced or 20 if not. DO NOT take the car to Lexus as they will rip you off. Look on ebay to get an idea of a head unit with a sat nav system built in, prices vary from 200 ish to around £1,000
Another ideal place to look would be Halfords (if situated in UK) as they will fit it and give you good advice.
DON'T FORGET to look for whats called the stereo code! As when you remove the head unit it will lock the current one. The stereo code should be on a card in the owners manual.

The Rx400h oil filter is on the front of the engine behind the radiator. You might be able to reach it from the top but it probably too difficult to remove and replace from the top. Remove the debris shield from the bottom. It has about six or so screws and two trim buttons which should be removed to free the shield. With that removed, you can see the filter about the middle oriented for and aft.
