The shift point to OverDrive is usually in the neighborhood of about 35 mph or so. If you drive quite a bit at, or around, that average speed you coudl find the transmission doing a lot of "hunting" back and forth to find the right gear. In that case just turn the OD off until you get on roads or highways where your average speed will be higher than that.
