Use NGK Laser Platinum, they come pre-gapped and are best for high RPM motors like the 1.8L Nissan Sentra motor.

Very easy to change, just remove the coils and pull straight up, notice the suction noise? Now, use your ratchet, extensions, and spark plug socket (you can figure out what size you need with the spark plugs you just bought.) remove spark plug number one, using a magnet or needle nose pliar, gently lower the new spark plug down into the cylinder careful not to drop it as you could damage the electrode. once it is in, tighten the plug in with the ratchet, extension, and socket. Put coil back over spark plug making sure the rubber seal that goes around the top of the cylinder is evenly covering the hole, tighten. Do this on all 4 spark plugs.

Since you have your plugs out, now is a good time to look for a few things. Is there anti-freeze or water in the cylnder(use a flashlight to look down in the cylinder where you just pulled the plug from) If there is, try a bottle of stop leak after your next oil change. This should help the engine start better. Otherwise, you may need a head gasket.

Also, if you smell gasoline on the plugs, the cylinders may be flooding when you try to start. This could be a fuel pump issue. To clean the cylinders out, after your spark plug change and the engine is back together, start the car with the accelerator pedal mashed in about 80%, once the engine starts, remove foot from accelerator.
