AC Compressor has died and needs replacement. The compressor will not turn therefore building pressure in the low side.
Bad clutch on compressor, unplug the wires from the AC compressor, replace fuse if doesnt blow fuse its in compressor, if blows then gounded wire

Answercheck fan operation( fan on fan hi when does it blow?I had the same problem...it was the clutch on the a/c compressor. Need to get another compressor.
If the relay is clicking but the compressor is not engaging, you may have a faulty compressor. Unfortunately, you'll need to pay for a service call to see if it's a problem with the relay or something much worse.
Probably low on freon.

Compressor is more than likely locked up or you have a short in the wiring.
If your saying cold air is coming out one vent but not all, that could mean a starved evaporator. aka, a low charge condition, weak compressor, or plugged orifice tube. correct charge, and/or orifice tube, if problem still exists compressor may be the fault
It's probably the sensor on the compressor. It's best to change the whole compressor and drier.
