I saw this on a Hyundai Accent I rented, was told it is for tire pressure being low. If its extreme cold weather this light comes on sometimes because the tire pressure decreased. First few days I drove car in 30ish degree weather it was not on, but this morning when it was 12 degrees this light came on. Supposed to go back up to 40 degrees in a day or two so if the light goes off I assume that is the issue, otherwise check if tires are low and need air.
My best guess would be for the parking break. Easy way to test, when the car is running just pull the lever or step on the lever and see what light turns on

The OBD-II port on a 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring is typically located beneath the dashboard, near the driver's side. You can find it just above the brake pedal, close to where the steering column meets the dashboard. It may be covered by a small plastic panel that can easily be removed for access.
The obdII connector should be on the drivers side of the dash, close to the kick panel. It may be slightly up behind the dash and hard to see.
To replace the driver door window in a Hyundai Elantra, first, remove the interior door panel by unscrewing any visible screws and gently prying off clips. Once the panel is off, disconnect the window regulator and any wiring connected to the window motor. Carefully remove the broken glass and install the new window by guiding it into the regulator tracks, then reconnect the regulator and wiring. Finally, reattach the door panel and test the window operation.
