I had this same issue and it was a secondary fuel pump... There are two fuel pumps on the Isuzu.. One at the gas tank and another that runs off the cam shaft.. The cam shaft pump is hard to find... you have to order it direct from the Isuzu warehouse.. And get ready for a heart attack when you do order it.. it is a 900 dollar unit.. Now the reduced power light could be other issues . There are several things that can make it go off.. In my case it was the cam shaft fuel pump..
