TCS, is the Traction Control System. You will see the light come on or flicker when the TCS is activated. If the light says TCS OFF, then turn it back on and leave it on.
if tcs illuminates, it means tracion control is activated. however, if tcs off/tcs both illuminate, it means pcm has stopped communicating with tcm, and most of the time, the car then is put in "limp home" mode. when both tcs off/tcs illuminate, there are a whole bunch of reasons why

The TCS light sometimes comes on for an unrelated vacuum leak. It is a quirk in the system. Unfortunately locating the vacuum leak can be very difficult - fixing it is easy once located.
vacuum/vent solenoids
The TCS system is part of the ABS system - antilocking brake system - but be aware that a simple vacuum leak will be enough to trigger the TCS light to come on.
its for traction
It means the traction control system is on and that your car will less likely spin out or over rev for regular driving leave the system on so it means the light will not be there

The ABS and TCS (Traction Control System) lights in a 2002 Mazda Millenia may illuminate at 65 mph due to a malfunction in the ABS system or a wheel speed sensor detecting an inconsistency in wheel rotation. This could be caused by issues such as a faulty sensor, damaged wiring, or a problem with the ABS control module. Additionally, if the traction control system detects wheel slip or loss of traction at higher speeds, it may trigger the warning lights. It's advisable to have the vehicle diagnosed with a scan tool to pinpoint the exact cause.
