repair Cruise control on a 2001 acura tl
Check the hoses connecting the cruise control (under the hood) are properly connected (and in good condition). The hose that connects the cruise control to the intake manifold is right where your elbow would be when removing the oil filter from above...so if you change your own oil, you may have accidentally bumped the hose off like I did recently.
I did a Google search for NHTSA , got on their website and checked for recalls , there were 2 recalls for the 2001 F-150 but not for the cruise control
my cruise control light will blink on an off and the care will move.when it is not blinking the truck will not move, why is that
cruise control installations in Audi a3 2001
2001 Equipped Buick Lesabres have two different cruise control activation switches. The first turn the cruise control ON. The switch sets which speed the throttle will be locked at. This problem can be caused by the primary sources, the system is being operated manually or switch and or cruise control module failure.
I have the same model car and the cruise doesn't work on mine either
In 2012 about $40
To the left of the steering wheel, below the dashboard is a button that says cruise control. Push that button in, the dash will illuminate the cruise control light. Then, as you reach the speed you want to cruise at, push the button on the steering wheel that says "set". When you want to turn cruise control off, simply tap the brake pedal and the cruise will go off.
on our 2001 there is a cruise control button on dash push it then use controls rite side of steering wheel.
