Check for a blown fuse
LOOK UNDER FUSE COVER ---EACH FUSE IS NUMBERED AND EXPLAINS WHICH IS WHCIH LOOK FOR TAIL LIGHTS
In the kickboard fuse panel, marked as "meter" and it's a 10A fuse.
The tail light fuse will be in the first column of fuses in the fuse box. The exact location of the tail light fuse will be listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
Locate the TNS relay in the fuse box in the engine compartment. You're probably not going to tell by looking at it, so I recommend switching this relay out with another one of the same size, like the horn. Also check the fuse for TNS, I think it's a 30 amp, one of the box-style fuses. You can also check the mini-fuses for your tail lights, there are two. The dashboard lights and tail lights both run from there. (I just fixed this problem on my 1999 Kia Sephia last night. In my case, it was the 30 amp fuse.) Locate your fuse panel and check your fuses
The cigarette lighter fuse on a 2001 Kia Sephia is replaced by opening the fuse box door and pulling the fuse out using a puller tool. A new fuse is pushed into position by applying even force.
Around the fuses, I think.
Is it just one of your lights or are both out. I just had my tail lights fixed today. Both were out. It wasn't a fuse. Mine was the running light module. Hopefully yours is just a fuse, that's a lot cheaper. I have an 03 Sedona.
In a 2006 Kia Sedona, the tail light fuse is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access it, remove the cover of the fuse box and check the diagram on the inside of the cover for the specific fuse related to the tail lights, typically labeled as "Tail" or "Tail Lamp." If the fuse is blown, replace it with one of the same amperage. Always ensure the vehicle is turned off before handling fuses.
it underneath the hood under the cover that says fuse and relay center
The taillights on a 1999 Kia Sephia are replaced through the cars trunk. Remove the plastic covers from the light housings and replace the bulbs.
check under the driver side dash or under the hood on the driver side and there will be a fuse blown. It would be best to hook the ground of a test light to the frame of your car and turn the switch on to check every fuse by touching the metal inserts on each one of them.
