Yes it is possible to turbo a 90 Accord. More information on this can be found on Accord forums like www.accordracing.com and www.cb7tuner.com (cb7 is the chassis code for fourth generation (90-93) Honda Accords. Because the engine was not originally designed for turbocharging, it does take some creativity and careful planning to properly and safely turbocharge a 90-93 Accord. Most would suggest not exceeding 6-8psi of boost on a stock engine that is in EXCELLENT running condition. I wouldn't recommend doing it at all if your engine has mechanical issues. F22 engines have cast-iron sleeves in the cast aluminum block that make these engines a great candidate for turbocharging. Expect to spend at least $2-3K dollars. Many people prefer to do an engine swap to a JDM H22 engine (190-220HP depending on the version -- 2.2L DOHC VTEC) as the cost is similar, and you end up with a low-miles unmodified engine for later building.
According to their website, the 2013 Honda Accord has a base price of $21,680. This is the price of the Accord LX, and will vary based on options and if you choose another model (such as the Accord Sport or Accord EX).
The 2013 Honda Accord has a timing chain. This is new for the Honda accord in 2013, previous years Honda Accord had a timing belt.
