integra DA is just the "code name" i guess you can say of a 90-93 integra. for example, DC2 is for 94-01 integra, DC5 is for the RSX....etc....
not likely if your talking about 1991 as being the DA integra and the 1996 as being the DC2

well i had the same problem on my da check your brake switch its located on the bottom of the brake pedal
what model is ur integra? it could be a integra ls tranny or u have a integra gsr that comes with a gsr tranny
