What it says is 87 AKI or higher for non-turbo four and 91 AKI or higher for turbo or six cylinder engines. There are additional recommendations in the manual and you should read them to see if they apply to your location and fuels available.

If you are seeking a gasoline brand recommendation rather than recommended octane, everyone has an opinion and they are of little value.
