The factory speakers in a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon are typically 6.5 inches in diameter for the front doors and 6.5 inches for the rear. According to Crutchfield the front speakers on a 1999 Tiburon are 6 and 3/4 inches.

i had to get a plate to install 6.5 and/or 6.75 speakers. so the factory speakers are just around 7 inches. not sure why.
You don't need factory speakers. Just buy the same size speakers and install.
The front speakers, in your 2008 Dodge avenger, will measure four inches by six inches. The back speakers will measure six inches by eight inches.
