Any Auto Parts Store can provide this information. BTW, the are called Freeze Plugs or Casting Plugs, not Frost Plugs.
On a 1992 Isuzu truck with a 2.3L engine, freeze plugs (also known as core plugs) are typically located on the engine block. You can find them on the sides and rear of the block, where they help prevent coolant from freezing and causing damage. They are usually made of metal and can vary in size and number depending on the engine design. If you're looking to inspect or replace them, you'll likely need to remove some components for better access.

The freeze plugs on a 4.3-liter V6 engine typically measure 1.75 inches in diameter. However, it's essential to verify the size for your specific engine model, as variations can exist based on the year and manufacturer. Always consult the service manual or specifications for accurate information before replacement.
If it is a freeze plug it would not have threads. Freeze Plugs are designed to pop out of the block should the water in the block freeze. This could not happen if the plug was threaded. Hope This Helped.
