What type of gear oil do you use for a 1987 Honda Accord DX?

You can use 10-30 engine oil in the manual gearbox, however Honda did later release a better gearbox oil with friction modifiers - Honda MTF - recommended!

I'm unsure for automatics, Honda ATF is the obvious choice but the type (dexron II / dexron III etc) I'm unsure about.
