It's normal for your fans to continue running after the car is shut off. This is because the sensors detect it is necessary to cool the car even after it has been parked. I had same problem which I thought it was normal for the fan to keep running for few minutes after the engine is shut off. Only when later that my car started heating up did I realize that the coolant in my car was very low. I refilled the collant and after that my engine fans started shutting down as I shut off the engine. That's not normal. I also notice that which i never did before. Two days later the radiator hose broke of at the rad. it self. Had to replace it. Does not happen anymore.
