The cabin air filter in a 2010 Subaru Legacy Limited is located behind the glove compartment. To access it, you need to open the glove compartment, remove any contents, and then detach the glove compartment from its hinges by pressing in on the sides. Once the glove compartment is lowered, you can find the cabin air filter cover, which can be removed to replace the filter.

There is no Power Steering Filter on a 2002 Subaru Legacy/Outback.

The fuel pump on a 2002 Subaru Legacy is located inside the gas tank.
On a 1996 Subaru Legacy, the starter relay is located under the head in the relay box. The relay box is located on the driver side at the rear of the engine.
Its on the left hand side of the the car, and in the engine compartment. Located right next to the strut tower! Two clamps and a latch and its done!

Next to the battery behind the left headlight. You have to get the battery otut to get to it. It should be black in colour

The 2006 Subaru Legacy came equipped in naturally aspirated and a turbocharged 2.5L H4 engines. The Legacy does not have a standard in-line fuel filter. The fuel pump assembly however has an integrated strainer, which is not serviceable unless the unit is fails.
I have a 1995 legacy and I just changed my transmission filter. I also have the 2.2 engine. The filter is located under the car and inside the box that the plug for the transmission fluid is located. It has exactly 20 screws to take the bottom of the box off to get to the filter. Be sure to drain the transmission fluid before you take the screws off.
