The cabin filter in a Kia Soul is typically located behind the glove compartment. To access it, you may need to open the glove compartment, remove any contents, and then unclip or lower the compartment to reach the filter cover. Once the cover is removed, you can pull out the old filter and replace it with a new one. Be sure to follow any specific instructions in your owner's manual for your model year.

Not all Kias have a cabin air filter and for some models, the inclusion of a cabin air filter depends on what trim level you have. If your Kia Soul does have a cabin filter it is located behind the glove compartment. The glove compartment door and box must be removed to gain access to the cabin filter. With glove compartment door closed, remove the 3 Philips head screws under the door then open the door and remove the 5 Philips head screws that hold the box in place. Wiggle the box/door assembly out and lay it on the floor. The small narrow black plastic cover is now in sight. Unsnap one end of the cover and swing it open. Reach inside and pull the old filter down and out. Reverse procedure to install.
Not sure 03 has one.Check with dealer.
