I have a Toyota Celica GT 2002 and I found a box on the passenger side bye the stick shift pannel, there are some fuses there, I my self found that one and two under the hood but I am still looking for fuse for the mirrors, mine has electric mirrors and it seems that the fuse is out, but can't find it. I hope this helps to your question!
Your dash light fuse is blown.
1- the light switch, or 2- the wiring on the plug to the light switch from the car, or 3- a blown fuse
The engine warning light for emissions might come on in a Toyota Celica if the Oxygen Sensors are bad. It might also come on if the catalytic converter is not working properly or is plugged.
The tailights might be burned out. Typically the tailights and brake lights are separate bulbs.
Check to see if the parking/tailights are working - should be the same circuit - check fuses Could be a defective dimmer rheostat Could be a bad light switch
Blown fuse.
If by chance by "rear lights" you mean backup lights and yours are not working, consider that the switch is faulty. That part goes into the transmission from the outside. The reason I'm telling you this is because our 5th gen Celica had backup light trouble and after all was said and done, we found out it was the switch. . there is also a small fuse box with rear light fuses on the driver side under the dash. good luck.
Check to see if parking and tailights are working - same circuit could be a blown fuse
Use your test light to make sure there is power coming through the fuse and through the switch. If so, there's a broken connection somewhere. Also check the ground at the taillight sockets. A bad ground can drive you absolutely buggers.
Check stop light switch for misadjustment or defect
Tailights or stoplights? Stop lights could be a defective stop light switch Tailights could be either parking lights are left on or a defective switch
Check the fuse for parking/tailights Check the bulbs - they are double filamented with the larger for tailights Check for power and ground at light sockets
