If your 1999 Toyota Tercel has power at the ignition coil but is not switching, the issue could be related to the ignition control module, a faulty crankshaft position sensor, or a problem with the wiring or connections. Ensure that the coil is receiving a proper signal from the engine control unit (ECU) to trigger the spark. Additionally, check for any blown fuses or defective relays that could affect the ignition system. It's advisable to consult a professional mechanic if you're unable to diagnose the problem further.
