It is underneath the intake manifold. If you look straight down from your throttle body, you will see a sensor with one wire coming out and a bolt going through the middle of it, that is the knock sensor.

It is located to the right of the ignition coil pack, on top of the motor. It is the black sensor, right behind the alternator, bolted into the intake manifold.
P0328 on an OBD11 equipped automobile (everything since 1996) is a knock sensor code. I believe that it says the reading is over the high limit. You should focus on the knock sensor and the wiring leading to it. --Ken
