Crank Angle Sensor (location)i own a 98 Hyundai accent and the crankshaft position sensor is located just underneath the far right spark plug if your looking from the front of the car, about 5"-8". hope this helps.

Depends on the year, a 2010 model would cost you roughly $180. 98-99 would cost around $130.
Refrigerant is added through the low side service port.
I own a 98 Hyundai accent and from what I am told they are pretty much the same vehicle and my fuel filter was under the hood on the drivers side behind the engine. you will probably have to remove the air box to get to it properly. if this is not the place try calling the dealer and if the person you talk to is nice then they will be able to tell you more
The low side ac port on a 98 Pontiac Transport should be on the side of the drier. The drier should be mounted on the passenger side near the radiator.
I am assuming you are talking about the A/C. From the compressor, locate the large black hose comming from the A/C compressor. It goes into a small hard line, the valve on this hard line is the low side service port. The hose the comes from the A/C condencer is the high side service port.
Usually in indication that there is a problem with the emission system have the vehicle scanned to determine the problem you cant just say that, it has alot to do with more than the emissions, quit misleading people
Check in front of the radiator. I can't speak for a '96, but the horn on a '98 Accent is just in front of the driver's side end of the radiator. The only way I was able to get at it was by reaching my hands through the front grill. right behind the drivers side corner lens
What you smokin', boy.
