Transmission Fluid is probably low. If not you brunt out your clutches in trans.
There is no "switch". To cancel overdrive move the gear lever from "D" to "4".
This happens to my 98 4runner every so often. Today it was really bad - couldn't move the steering wheel or move the key. I put it in neutral and literally got out and pushed it. That did the trick, steering wheel unlocked. Moving the tires seems to help...
If your Kia Sephia doesn't move in drive, but does move in 1st and 2nd gear, you have a problem with the transmission. Sometimes this is just an issue with the linkage and can be repaired easily.

if it is a fixed pulley, itself doesnt move. If it is a rotating pulley, its joint probably doesnt move.
Well Maybe it is your transmission try checking the fluid and if it is low it wont move Also check your cv Axles they could be bad like mine were.
If you cannot move the shifter out of the park position then you have a problem with the shifter cable or the brake safety lock. If you can move the shifter to the drive position, and it doesnt go in gear then you are a few quarts low on transmission fluid
