Finally I noticed the tail lights did not work. I checked the fuse and it was burnt. After replacing it all is okay again.

During a road test, it's generally not required to use hazard lights when parking. However, you should signal your intentions clearly using turn signals when approaching a parking spot. Always check your local driving regulations, as requirements can vary by location. It's best to demonstrate safe and cautious driving practices throughout your test.
My research to date finds that the turn signals and hazard signals are controlled by a common relay. That relay is behind the hazard relay switch. My 2002 Audi A6 has the same symptoms you describe, and I will be removing the hazard switch to get at the relay for replacement. Good luck.
Flasher is faulty.
Often, a separate flasher unit is used to activate the hazard flashers. This unit might be bad, or the switch to activate the hazard flashers might be bad. answer always there are 2 flashers.one for turn signals other for hazard replace hazard flasher They have separate fuses also.
Drivers should turn on their hazard lights when backing up if they are in a situation that may pose a hazard to other road users, such as backing out of a parking space in a busy area or when visibility is limited. This alerts other drivers and pedestrians of the vehicle's movements, enhancing safety. However, it’s important to ensure that the hazard lights are used appropriately and not as a substitute for proper signaling, such as using turn signals when necessary.
If the turn signals are inoperative check the hazard switch, if the hazards don't work replace the hazard switch, the signals will start working. if the hazards are ok ,the turn signal switch may be bad.
