The window regulator/motor probably needs to be replaced. It's common on 350Zs, and G35s. Also most common on driver-side doors due to being use most frequently by driver.
Go to G35 driver.com or craigslist for used.
No, there are no back seats in the 350z. If you want a back seat go for the infiniti G35 or G37 coupes.
Most likely the window motor is failing. Hit the center of the door liner with your fist while pushing the switch to raise the window. This will only work a few times. Replace the motor.
