Possible sign of a bad alternator not producing adequate voltage. Have your local auto parts store check it out. Most likely has to be replaced.
Blown fuse
The coldness
it is possible, but you would also have to install the wiring harness, computer, and gauges from the vehicle which you are taking the v-tec from
look in the glove box or the trunk you may find the code.
You need to determine if it loses spark or fuel when it stops running. Once you have that info re-post the question with that info and include the year and engine of the Honda Accord.
It's due to a defective radio - mine did the same thing and the dealer replaced the entire radio at no charge
Having the radio in a trick go out while driving can many of things. The most common thing that causes this would be lose wiring.
You're radio is not working because the circuit board may be the problem. If you have less than 105 k miles on you're Honda accord then I would suggest that you take it in to get the circuit board replaced on you're radio.
autoparts warehouse shows them running about $77.50 a piece. www.autopartswarehouse.com
I would like to know my self cause mine does that too! anyone know?
A blown fuse or the instrument cluster has failed. The cluster must be replaced as a unit.
I believe the fuse that protects the speedometer also protects all the gauges in the dash cluster, so if that fuse was burned out all the gauges would be dead. If only the speedometer is not working I would suspect the speed sensor in the transmission to at fault, if the wiring checks okay.
