A shuttle could be, in theory but it is much more likely to be hit by a micrometeorite.
No, the moon has never been hit by a space shuttle. Space shuttles were used for missions in low Earth orbit and never traveled far enough to reach the moon.
The space shuttle is an Earth orbit vehicle. No humans have ever travelled to any body other than the Moon (from 1969 to 1972). All other space exploration has been by unmanned probes.
The first space shuttle ever built was the Space Shuttle Enterprise. It was constructed as a prototype and test vehicle and never flew into space. Enterprise was used for approach and landing tests before the operational shuttle flights began with Columbia.
No Indian Space Shuttle has ever landed on the moon. The only country that has ever physically landed on the moon is the United States.
The name of the first space shuttle to ever launch was "Columbia." It launched on April 12, 1981.

Uh do you mean put a refinery on the shuttle? Pretty sure there are no gases on the moon. Also, the shuttle does not and has not ever been to the moon. The US has been to the moon 2 or 3 times and that was in the late 60's and early 70's.
Space Shuttle Endeavour was the final Space Shuttle built. It was built to replace Space Shuttle Challenger.
A space shuttle has never hit a satellite.
yes but by a shuttle
no. at least not a shuttle by itself. There may have been a stopover of a shuttle on top of the 747 shuttle carrier at some point, but I don't have any way of checking that. Shuttles have landed at Kennedy Space Center, Edwards Air Force Base (California), and White Sands, New Mexico.
