How do Rocket Ships come back to Earth without crashing?

It falls into the Atlantic Ocean and then explodes and the astronouts sit in the yellow sumbmarimes( so the fish can see it) which are stored inside the rocket and are bullet proof like hummers. The impact of the explosion propels the sumbarimes to the closest shore where they wash up like whales and then are rescued by NASA. This is a very dangerous procedure as the astronouts and the sumbarimes are sometimes hijacked by pirates or cannibles and are never found again.
