Plus, the Shuttle doesn't carry enough water for real baths.
Just an addendum: Skylab actually had a rudimentary shower aboard. It consisted of a canvas sleeve that could be extended from floor to ceiling to contain the mist of water and a vacuum system for water reclaimation. It is my understanding that it wasn't used much.
