Astronauts spend over half their time in space exercising. This is especially necessary to prevent muscle and bone loss. Treadmills and stationary bikes are the most popular forms of equipment.
I think they can eat anywhere as long as the food tray and food containers are strapped down. I am not sure about where they exercise but they can sleep in their seats if they want, they can also sleep in sleeping bags attached to their locker or part of the spaceship and sometimes they have bunks that are attached to the spacecraft and the blankets and sheets are stuck to the bed so they don't float away. they can sleep comfortably in the sleeping bags because they are floating around and there is no "up" in space so they wont feel any different sleeping vertically to if they were sleeping horizontaly. I hope this helps
They would get more information about space and look through the telescope and see stars and planets.
They would study about planets eg. Mercury,Venus, earth,Mars,Jupiter, Uranus,Neptune and our dwarf planet pluto.
Or they would just rest and float inside their rocket ship.
Up until the present time (Spring 2013), anything and everything that any person
ever ate during a space mission was something that was either packed with him
when he launched, or else was launched from Earth and hooked up with the space
machine that he was riding in (the International Space Station). So far, nothing
edible has ever been grown, found, picked, acquired, born, or produced in space.
Play around with nil gravity, I'm sure you would too!
Astronauts have to exercise while in space to minimize their muscle and bone density loss. They exercise while tied to treadmills, stationary bicycles, and with resistance band weights.
If they do not exercise some of their muscles would atrophy. This is because they would no longer be working to maintain the body upright against gravity.
The food of the astronauts is all packed dated and named , it special food light , as it can float in space.
They don't. The food is filled with chemical conservatives
astronauts eat normal food in space. Almost all food is dried for less weight. Water is added to package before heating food. Astronauts have to hold food, so that it doesn't fly away. Knives and Forks are magnetized to the tray, so that it doesn't fly away.
yes
pecan nuts
As there is less or no gravity in space astronauts take closed food packets with them to the space . These food packets provide vitamins and minerals for astronauts in space to live .
Astronauts eat regular food, it is just that the food floats around and people call it, space food

food, water, and equipment
The food in space is stocked in space shuttles. It is stocked in large amounts to make astronauts eat in space.
Astronauts bring powdered food and add water to it to create a liquid and it tastes like the regular food

You need space food to give nutrition to astronauts. They need energy to perform tasks thus need food.
they have to put the food into a bag that is especially made so food doesn't get moldy and then they shoot it off to space with the astronauts
