1. you press mode and keep pressing it until your back to were you started only now the seconds (little numbers that counts up to 60) is flashing.

2. you press reset then the minute starts to flash

3. you press start to change it and you will see every time you press start you get a new number from 0 to 59

4. once you have the right number of minutes you press reset again and you will find the hour flashing press start again and you get to choose numbers from 00:00 to 24:00

5. To save you press mode again
