traval to Kanto follow it until the guy in the purple suit gives you a clue that Suicune like breezy hills by the ocean. Head toward the hill by Bill's house. Bill's house is above Cerulian city. :)
How do you find scicune in Pokemon FireRed?
The only way to get suicune is if you chose charmander as your starter Pokemon at the beginning of the game then after getting the national dex and delivering the ruby and sapphire to celio you can find suicune roaming around kanto use the masterball when you find it. Though if you didn't choose charmander there is one other way to get it either get it from a friend or from Pokemon colosseum because suicune is a shadow Pokemon.
How do you get a Celebi?
you first have to capture articuno , scicune , entai , zapidos,moltres ,and raiko then go to professor elm or oak and they will give you a special apicorn. take it to the appicorn man and once it is made go to the forest protectors house and then put the ball in the little house and Celebi will attack you. But before you put the ball in save your game just in case you accidentally kill it. (P.S this is for heart gold and soul silver ONLY ...... I think?!?) but I do know my answer is write because I tried it!!! and it worked!!!
