NASA launched a robotic spacecraft called New Horizons (See links below) in January 2006. It is expected to reach Pluto in July 2015. It will have taken nine and a half years to get from Earth to Pluto.
The answer depends on many factors. If you wait for minimum fuel consuming orbits, you can look up the answer in Hohman Ellipse Transfer Data. If you want to know how long it takes light to reach these places, it depends upon their positions. For Mars, light (radio waves) can reach it from earth in under twenty minutes. To Pluto it would be somewhere around 5.5 hours.
For a spacecraft using gravity assist, it can take as little as ten years. New Horizons was launched January 19th, 2006, and should pass Pluto in 2016, on its way out to the Kuiper Belt.

The times it would take to travel from Earth to Mars depends on a number of factors, including:
Past missions to Mars have taken anywhere from 150 to 300 days. For example:
It takes 977 years
7 months
it would take at least 197.456 hours to get to mars from earth
24 months
It would take about 4 months to get to Mars.
Cannot be done as the Jet cannot leave earth's atmosphere.
Mars cannot orbit the earth. It orbits the Sun aprox. every 2 Earth years.
it would take at least 197.456 hours to get to mars from earth
Mars is 206,655,215 km from Earth at its closest (Perihelion). Walking at 3.2kph, the trip would take 7,367 years, 3 months.
It would take about 22.5 minutes.
If my calculations are currect 153.3 months
It depends on where Earth and Mars are in their orbits. Since Mars takes longer to orbit the sun than Earth does the distance between the two planets varies considerably. When Earth and Mars are closest a beam of light will take about 4 minutes to reach Mars from Earth. When they are farthest (on opposite sides of the sun) a bean of light would take about 12 minutes.
24 months
It would take about 4 months to get to Mars.
Mars is a little over half the size of Earth.
Yes it would take 3 years to get to mars, or less at the right timing when mars is close to earth
From where ? ? ? From the sun: 12min 40sec From the earth when Mars is closest: 4min 21sec From the earth when Mars is farthest: 20min 59sec
It depends on the Earth's position.
686.971 Earth days.
