How many Canadians have been in space?

With the success of Endeavor finally launching, the total as of July 16, 2009 is 324.

CBS is the only valid source I can find on such space statistics but it looks like the haven't updated since STS-125. So STS-127, the shuttle that just launched isn't included.

That being said, we know that four of STS-127 crew are astronauts who are new to space travel. How do we know this? From the source below.

So far 502 people have visited space including STS-127, 103 Russians, 10 Germans, 9 French, 8 Canadian, 7 Japanese, 6 Chinese, 5 from Italy, and two each from Belgium, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands. Along with 25 other nations who only have only had one citizen visit space.

Also worth mention, this all depends on your definition of the boundaries of space. Its been past 500 if you go with the USAF's definition of 50 miles. Generally though the 62 mile mark is considered the official boundary of space.
