12. See question "how many manned moon landings have there been?"
Zero. Only the US has landed any humans on the moon.
Yes, many of them. But as far as anybody knows, every one of them was built on earth and launched from earth before it landed here.

There have been 6 manned missions to the moon with 12 people having walked on the surface.
Two - Apollo 11 and 12. Apollo 13 would have been the third manned lunar landing.

No manned missions have gone farther away than the moon. If you mean space probes or satellites, I think three
No. To date, there have been no manned Russian lunar landings. The "space race" was a highly competitive race between the USA and the Soviet Union to land a man on the moon, but the Russian venture was beset with too many disasters, and never succeeded.
There were nine Apollo missions to the Moon (8,10,11,12,13,14,15,16 and 17). Of these 11,12,14,15,16 and 17 landed. As well as these manned missions, there were 15 "hard impact" missions (pioneer and ranger) which were intended to crash into the Moon. Of these, only 5 actually reached the Moon and of these 5 only three actually returned photographs. There have also been 7 Surveyor missions, of which 5 successfully soft landed.
6 manned missions, all from U.S. (12 astronauts) have landed and returned safely. It would have been 7 missions but Apollo13 didn't make it - lucky to have made it back to Earth alive.
