No, he does not. However in Explorers of Sky, there is a 'special episode' mission showing what happened to him when he returned to the future with Dusknoir.
What happens to Grovyle after he pushes Dusknoir into the time portal?
He chases Dusknoir to keep him away from Primal Dialga, but when Dialga's Sableye attack Grovyle and Dusknoir both, Dusknoir decides to join Grovyle to find Dialga and learn why the Sableye were sent to attack him. After going to Temporal Pinnacle and finding that Dialga had left, they deduce that he may be heading to the Passage of Time, and they go there. After again failing to find Dialga, they go to another Passage of Time on another continent. When they find that a Spiritomb had trapped Celebi, Grovyle rushes forward to save her, only to be caught in a trap and learn that Dusknoir had been leading him there the whole time in order to possess him and travel back in time to trick you and your partner. However, Grovyle convinces Dusknoir that he really was on Grovyle's side, and Dusknoir saves Grovyle. Grovyle, Dusknoir, and Celebi chase Primal Dialga to the Passage of Time and defeat him there. Then the ripple effect finally occurs, and the world starts moving again while the Pokemon all disappear. Then, just before Grovyle and Celebi disappear, something happens and the Pokemon all reappear. Grovyle asks Dialga about this, and Dialga says that it was not his doing; a being higher than he restored them to existence.

You have transformd into a Pokemon and is found on the beach. Your partner asks if you wish to join an explorer group. Then you learn time gears which keep time moving, are being stolen by Grovyle. The great Dusknoir, an explorer, stops him. Apperently, they are both from the future. Dusknoir, however, pulls you into the future and arrests, you, taking you to Primal Dialga, which is what happened to him after Temporal tower falls down. It turns out, Dusknoir is the bad guy, trying to stop Grovyle from changing the future--and making it better. You, also, before you lost your memory, were Grovyle's human partner. You must get out of the future and save it. Once all the time gears are collected, you must place them in Temporal Tower. But Dusknoir comes to stop you, you battle him, and Grovyle pushes him and himself back to the future. You go to the top of Temporal Tower, but Dialga is beginning to go crazy. You must battle him and get the time gears in place.

You need to go through the quicksand and you have to go through 1 or 2 parts of the cave. Then you have to try to defeat grovyle. He is level 40- something. If you don't defeat him Dusknoir will take care of him.

Yes, but they are not stolen. They were taken by Grovyle in order to prevent the Planet's Paralysis. But did you know that you and Grovyle were once best friends back at the Future? But when you were Time Travelling to the Past, you get Amnesia and you forget everything. This is caused by Darkrai because he wanted to plunge the world into Darkness. But of-course we have to save the world and we did it!
