There is no absolute direction in space, so it is impossible to answer.
if you look at a video and the North Pole is at the top, the Earth would appear to move from left to the right (the Pacific Ocean would first appear on the left side then rotate across and disappear on the right)
When the moon is full, it is on exactly the opposite side of the Earth from the sun. A map of this would have the sun on the right side of a piece of paper, then Earth to its left followed by the moon to the left of the Earth. When Venus is full in the sky, it is on the opposite side of the sun from Earth. A drawing of this would have Venus all the way to the left, followed by the sun, then the Earth in a straight line (or vice versa), as long as they are directly on either side of the sun.

Earth is the next closets planet to Mars. An asteroid belt lies on the opposite side, between it and Jupiter.
The planet that is closest to Earth depends on where the other planets are in relation to Earth. Venus can come the closest when it is on the same side of the Sun as the Earth, but Mars can be closest when Venus is on the far side of the Sun and Mars is on the same side of the sun as Earth.
Both.

Mars
Mars is closest when Jupiter and Mars are on the same side of the sun. Otherwise, if earth and Jupiter are on one side and Mars on the other, then Earth is closer. If Earth and Mars are on one side and Venus and Jupiter are on the other, than Venus is closest. When Earth, Venus, and Mars are on one side, and Mercury and and Jupiter are on the other, Mercury is closest. All four are pretty much always closer to Jupiter than Saturn ever is.
The Earth. Unless you are talking about your brain, which has a left side and a right side.

About 2 times because since Mars is only "half" the size of the Earth you can fit one Mars on one side and one on another side, so I hope that solves your question.
The right side of the brain controls the left side of the body, and the left side of the brain controls the right side of the body.
Polaris is a star, not located on the surface of the Earth, so it doesn't have a longitude.
You determine left and right by sitting in the driver's seat. Driver's side is LEFT, Passenger side is right.
The left and right side of the vehicle is determined as if you are sitting in it facing forward. Left is the driver side and right is the passenger side.
when it goes to the right side you go to the left side and there will be a tunnel. when it goes to the right side you go to the left side and there will be a tunnel. when it goes to the right side you go to the left side and there will be a tunnel. when it goes to the right side you go to the left side and there will be a tunnel. when it goes to the right side you go to the left side and there will be a tunnel. jump out, get it now
