The Sun has always been classed, chromo-fashion ( Color wise) as a Yellow Star. one might poetically talk of golden sunshine, etc. a Red Star or sun is quite different and actually produces less heat and energy at a lower intensity and more expansion. One of the Pagan religions ( I believe it was Zoroastrianism) had the odd doctrine that Mankind evolved--or came into being, under a RED SUN. Fire worship and Red Solar decorations were used by this faith. who knows?
