You need a convex lens to magnify an image.
Magnifier
Yes, a microscope uses lenses to magnify and make objects appear larger than they actually are. This allows for detailed examination of small structures that are not visible to the naked eye.
Special curved lenses are used to make objects larger. It is a sense of scale and perception that makes distant objects magnified.
A microscope uses lenses to magnify and illuminate objects to make them appear brighter and larger. By bending and focusing light, microscopes can reveal details that are not visible to the naked eye.
The light makes it easier to see so i c make it larger then just the one lenses does to it.The one lenses makes it seem bigger then to because of the light hitting it right through the lenses. But my only question is how does it do that?HOW DOES THE LIGHT MICROSCOPE MAKE THIS LOOK LARGER?

there is something in the telescope that helps things appear larger

The magnification of the lens.
yes convex lenses help make everything larger which are used for people that are far sighted and concave lenses help make things look smaller and those are used for people that are far sighted
Magnifying glass, microscope, and telescope are tools that make objects appear larger. They use lenses to magnify and focus light to enhance the visibility of small objects.

There are cosmetic lenses such as circle lenses that are larger in diameter to our irises. This makes eyes appear larger when wearing these lenses. Other than makeup, I don't know how else to make eyes appear larger.

Concave lenses make objects look smaller when they are placed close to the lens, while convex lenses make objects look smaller when they are placed far from the lens. This effect is due to the way light rays are refracted by the different lens shapes, causing the image to appear reduced in size.
