They thought they were a sign from the gods saying somthing was about to happen but overall no one really investigated into because they only lived to view it once.
Some people thought it was a important person who'd died and was rising with the moon as a star to join the constelations in the night sky.

∙ 13y agopeople from the past only lived to see it once so they never really went to investigate it. they most probably thought that it was a one time only thing. this lead them to also not understanding the world and the outside so they just thought that it was a bit weird and freaky...
