one interesting thing that nobody can explain yet is that the corona is so much hotter than the surface of the sun! you'd think the farther away you get from the Sun, the cooler it would be, well for some reason that isn't so! SOLAR FLARES: solar flares are a large fountain of flame like tounges of hot hydrogen that loop an estimated measurement of 32,000 km into space.

SOLAR WIND: The solar wind is the stream of radioactive particles constantly blowing out form the Sun at hundreds of kilometres per second. The Earth is protected by its magnetic feild.\, but at the Poles, the Solar Wind interects with Earth's atmosphere to create the aurora borealis or nothern lights.
