At the end of Doomsday David Tennant's Doctor was saying 'Rose Tyler, I Love You' . If you can lipread what he says when he is supposed to have lost the connection he actually mouthed the words
The Doctor told Rose "Run!" at various points in the series as they faced dangers together.
Judging on popularity in his years at Doctor Who, I am going to say David Tennant because of his acting skills. I am going to say Matt Smith because of his acting skills and he is good and because he takes it seriously. Tom Baker is considered the best doctor by many fans because not only did he play the Doctor for 7 years, he is still a fan favorite 29 years after he finished his tenure. I love doctor who and i am a huge fan and have watched every series and episode but most of all i like Matt Smith because he shows his passion and happiness in his acting, he has good skills. I used to like david tennant but from my point of view Matt smith has blown me away!
The Tenth Doctor (played by David Tennant) says "allons-y" on several occasions throughout the series, but the exact number is not specified. It is one of his catchphrases.
In the episode "Closing Time," the Doctor hints that his time is running out because he knows he will soon face his own death in the future. This foreshadows the events of the next episode, "The Wedding of River Song," where he does indeed face his apparent death.
10th Doctor 1. he is a timelord 2. he has a TARDIS 3. he is 900 and something years old 4. he has defeated the daleks multiple times 5. In the very unlikey chance that something did happen he would regenerate into the 11th doctor 6. the 11th doctor wears a bowtie 7. bowties are cool 8. so are fezes '''Arthur Dent is dead''' ____ ... on the other hand, the Doctor would refuse a fight with an average British man... he lives to protect them. Plus, if Arthur were flying in the ship with the infinite improbability drive, I can't think of anything more improbable than Arthur beating the doctor, so therefore, it could happen. All the ship would have to do is calculate the exact improbability.
The Doctor was about to say ''I love you'' to Rose Tyler, but was cut off from that universe, so never got the chance.
He never said, "I am only a doctor." However, he did say, "I'm a doctor, not a....." 6 times during the run of the TV series. Here are the lines from every time he said it:"I'm a doctor, not a bricklayer." ("The Devil in the Dark")"I'm a surgeon, not a psychiatrist." ("The City on the Edge of Forever")"I'm a doctor, not an escalator." ("Friday's Child")"I'm a doctor, not a mechanic." ("The Doomsday Machine")"I'm a doctor, not an engineer." ("Mirror, Mirror")"I'm a doctor, not a coal miner." ("The Empath")
After Rose tells him she loves him he says "quite right too, and I suppose if it's my last chance to say it, Rose Tyler" and then he fades away.
Estoy de acuerdo, doctor......that's how you say 'I agree, doctor'....hope that answered your question :)

John Smith is the Doctors cover name. His real name is The Doctor, he chose it. If you were writing him a letter, I would say Dear Doctor.
Doctor translates as Arzt or Doktor.
The doctor may notice your tattoo and say something about it but unless it is offensive to them, it should not effect your doctor and patient relationship
