You will die instantly because:
The pressure on Mars is so low that exposure to the atmosphere would kill you. Little bubbles of gas in your blood would go out of solution, cause air embolisms, severe decompression sickness and bloodvessels would pop everywhere in your body.
Disregarding that CO2 is poisonus to humans if the concentration is greater than 3%. 10% oxygen would leave 85% CO2 (if the oxygen is extracted from the atmospheric CO2). So it would be poisonus to breath.

∙ 11y agoyour lungs will blow up like a balloon and your blood vessels will bubble up and you will die instantly. Mars's atmosphere is too thin and poisones to humans.
