Incorrect.
There was a time, back in the late 1800s, when there were theories that a second much smaller satellite of the Earth might exist. Unfortunately, that didn't pan out, and would have been pretty unlikely anyway. With a planet the size of the Earth and such a large Moon, there aren't very many stable orbits where a smaller moon might orbit.
The Earth has one large natural satellite, the Moon. There are a few thousand artificial satellites.
Occasionally people will claim that an asteroid named 3753 Cruithne is "Earth's Second Moon". It's not; it's what astronomers call a "quasi-satellite": it has nearly the same orbital period as Earth, though it actually orbits the sun. Relative to Earth, it appears to describe a sort of kidney bean shaped path around nothing in particular.
It's not alone; several other asteroids follow more or less the same pattern.
That's the configuration at the time of each "New Moon".
This is the "new moon" phase of the moon's orbit, and if the alignment is right a solar eclipse can occur
The New Moon is when the lit side of the moon is facing away from Earth, and only the dark side is visible.
At the phase known as the "new moon" none of the illuminated half of the Moon is visible from Earth. One half of the moon, the side that faces the Sun, is always lighted. But we usually see only part of the lighted side (phases) as the Moon orbits the Earth. When the Moon is directly between the Earth and the Sun (a new moon) none of the lighted side, facing the Sun, is visible from Earth.
The Dark Moon, sometimes call "New Moon" is the phase of the moon where it is between the Earth and the Sun and cannot be seen.

new moon
A new moon is not visible because during this phase, the side of the moon facing Earth is not illuminated by the sun. The moon's position in its orbit causes it to be in alignment with the sun, meaning that the illuminated side is facing away from us. This makes the moon appear as a dark silhouette against the bright background of the sun's light.
there is day(morning) when the earth is facing the sun and it is dark (night time) when the earth is facing the moon
This is the description of the "New Moon".
Yes, but not on the dark side of the moon
The New Moon is when the Moon is between the Earth and Sun, so that its lit side is away from view, and its dark side is facing the Earth.

The lighted half of the moon is always facing the sun. The entire dark half of the moon is facing earth at the time of "New Moon".
