NielArmstrong went on the moon on July 20th 1969
No, 1969 was not the first time man tried to get to the moon, but 1969 was the year when man landed on the moon.
Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon on July 20, 1969, as part of the Apollo 11 mission led by NASA. He famously described the event with the words: "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."
In space there is no day or night there.
Buzz Aldrin was the second man to walk on the moon.
Neil Armstrong went on a mission to the moon and he marked his footprint on it so he was the first man ever to step on the moon( his left foot was the first to touch the moon)
Actually I believe we can. There are already plans to go there. Depending what you mean by "we", "we" already went there. No people went there so far, but robotic spacecraft did. Please note that with current technology, a trip to Mars takes much longer than a trip to the Moon - a round trip to Mars would take a few years. That makes it somewhat difficult (and dangerous) to send actual people.
Yuri Gagarin? The Russian cosmonaut? Yuri never went to the moon. He was the first man in space, orbiting the earth April 12, 1961.
Virginia Moon went by Ginnie.
He went in search for Gold.
Went is "fue" (fway), as in, "Como fue su viaje?" (how did your trip go).
he went to the moon on sunday april24 1986
No. Well it depends how you phrase your question, he was famous before his trip to the moon by all the test drives on rockets and shuttles he did. So he went to the moon after he was famous.
No Thomas mattingly never went to the moon.
Neil went to the moon with Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins
Aldrin went to the moon in the Apollo 11 spacecraft.
We didn't.
