Pluto shouldn't be considered a planet because it's just too damn small. It can't even clear its own orbital path of other debris, which is like being the runt of the solar system litter box. So, sorry, Pluto, but as much as we love an underdog, you just don't make the cut.
Mars because it has no life ,because it is to close to the sun. Luxray8910 says: Actually, Mercury is the closest planet to the sun. But Mars is red, and it is not really possible for Plants or any Living Organism to live on Mars, and that is why it was often referred to the Dead Planet.
Pluto was reclassified as a dwarf planet in 2006. Pluto was regarded as a planet from its discovery in 1930 until 2006. As Pluto only meets two of the three requirements for the planet classification, it is not considered a planet anymore.
To downgrade Pluto from planet to dwarf planet :)
Pluto was discovered in 1930. At the time it was considered to be a planet, but it is now considered a dwarf planet.
Pluto was considered the farthest planet until September 13th, 2006 when it was reclassified as a dwarf planet. But the correct answer would be neptune -goober;P
The scientific 'community' made the decision. Pluto is considered to be too far away from the Sun to be classed as a planet of the solar system. It is now accepted to be part of the Kuiper belt.
Earth is considered a unique planet because it has liquid water, a breathable atmosphere, and a diverse range of life forms. It also has a relatively stable climate and is located in the habitable zone of our solar system. These factors make Earth a rare and special place for supporting life as we know it.
In 2006, Pluto was reclassified from a planet to a dwarf planet by the International Astronomical Union (IAU). This decision was made because Pluto did not meet all three criteria set by the IAU for a celestial body to be considered a planet.
In 1930, Pluto was considered to be the ninth planet from the Sun.But, after the discovery of similar worlds deeper in the distant of the Kuiper Belt, icy Pluto was reclassified as a dwarf planet. Which meant that Pluto was demoted (a very controversial decision) and was no longer considered a planet in our solar system, which I think was a shame.

pluto is no longer a planet because some scientists believed that pluto no longer reched the requirments to be a planet, meaning pluto is to small to be a planet and is now considered a dwarf planet.
Pluto was reclassified as a dwarf planet on August 24, 2006, by the International Astronomical Union. This decision was made because Pluto did not meet all the criteria necessary to be considered a full-fledged planet.
Habitable Planet? I do not believe there is a more specific term for a planet capable of supporting life.
No, not all astronomers consider Pluto a planet. Pluto was reclassified as a dwarf planet in 2006 by the International Astronomical Union, leading to debate among scientists about its classification. Some astronomers argue that Pluto does not meet all the criteria to be considered a full planet.
It's not a planet. Because its not big enough to be considered a planet.
Mercury, for obvious reasons it is nearest the Sun, hence the hottest planet. Mercury, for obvious reasons it is nearest the Sun, hence the hottest planet. No. The fifth planet is Jupiter. Pluto was once considered the ninth planet, but is no longer considered a planet.
