It is a theory that the earth was made by a gravity force greated by the big bang. one large rock started it on gravity and pulled the other rocks in and over billions of years it completed a round circle and that is how the earth was made.
The way the earth is positioned on it's axes during the winter months positiones the sun closer to the earth.
yes, Mars did look like the earth. It had liquid water on it. It does not look like earth anymore because the core of the planet cooled down and when that happened it lost its magnate field. The core cooled down faster than earth because mars is small the earth. The earth and mars will die the same way.
It does not look like a spiral because we are inside the disk that forms the spiral arms. To see the spiral, you have to be outside the galaxy, viewing the disk from above or below.
If you "stand" above the North Pole and look down it will appear to turn anti-clockwise. Looking at it from above the equator, it appears to turn from left to right. If you were hanging up above the north pole, looking down at the earth, you would seethe earth spinning counterclockwise, right to left, west to east.
From the near side of the moon, Earth would appear about four times larger in the sky compared to how the moon looks from Earth. The Earth would shine brightly and display phases similar to the moon as it orbits the sun. The Earth would appear to rise and set on the lunar horizon in a similar way to how the moon does on Earth.
because everything keeps on changing, from the way we look to the way mother earth used to look. new species are discovered everyday! and that's what makes earth dynamic.
It is way more bigger than the earth and we cannot live on the earth.
Google Earth is a valid way of viewing Earth (and your house) from Space!
It would look similar to the way it does from Earth, only smaller as Mars is further away.

use a teloscope, or look overhead at the milky way. You are part of the galaxy use a teloscope, or look overhead at the milky way. You are part of the galaxy
My opinion on this question is that its probably a pattern on earth. Maybe in millions of years the earth would look like pangea, then eventually back to how it is now and repeating.

Look up the Grand Canyon.
Earth spinning around the sun, the sun in turn spinning around the milky ways spiral arm which contains it.
