Why is your vagina getting bigger?

Vaginas naturally enlarge through aging. Sexual intercourse can also gradually increase the size of the vagina over time. An average 20 year old has a 4 inch circumference, a 40 year old has an average 6 inch circumference, and a 60 year old 7 inches. There are however, certain other factors that can lead to vaginal engorgement. Vaginal Moles are an annoying and yet non-life threatening occurence in 1% of women. When a mosquito bites a mole, it can pick up a baby mole into it's cardiovascular system (bloodstream). If this mosquito were then to bite you, the baby mole could pass into your bloodstream. The mole would then feed from the white blood cells in your body, and grow to the size of a large pear. The mole would then move through the body to the vagina, where it will live. When the mole moves around in the vagina, the vagina will stretch. The vagina will also be enlarged by erosion of the mucous membrane by the mole. Vaginal moles are particularly hard to remove, as they can run quickly up into the womb if an attempt is made to catch one. When I had 2 vaginal moles, I found that coughing hard forced them into my mouth, from where I could spit them out. I hope this is helpful! Sandy x
