Who would win arbiter or samus?

Master Chief can asess any situation and use any weapon to it's full potential his armor has an overshield and is nearly impenatrable it's unbreakable in other words. Not to mention that Master Chief defeated both the mighty Covenant and the all devouring Flood. Master Chief has more effective weapons although not as advanced or as powerful he can use his weapons more effectively than Samus.

Master Chief is trained in hand to hand combat, stealth and he is genetically altered to smarter, faster, stronger and more agile his sense of smell and hearing are also enhanced.

So although Samus Aran is a powerful opponent the Chief's training and altered genetics would come out on top.

It truly can't be answered, as these two haven't meet in a offical crossover. The answer will depend on the fans being asked, Halo fans say Chief Metroid Fans say Samus.
